Opossum Creek Falls

A strenuous 2-hour hike ends at a picturesque 50′ falls. The difficult portion of the route is at the Chattooga River and going up Opossum Creek along an overgrown path to reach the base of the falls.

Directions: W of Westminster on Hwy. 76 for 13.3 miles; left on Damascaus Church Road for .o8-mile; right on Battle Creek Road for 2 miles; right on Turkey Ridge Road for 2.3 miles to FS 755F; park on the left.
